Self Catering Terms & Conditions
- Hirers must be over 18 years.
- A booking & security deposit of &100 must be paid at time of booking.
- Hirers MUST check in before 5pm on day of commencement of hire. If unable to do so, check-in time should be arranged in advance.
- Check-out is 12 noon. After 12 noon a further one night hire charge is applicable.
- In the event of of non-arrival at least 2 full clear days notice must be given. If no notice has been given, Knockninny Marina reserve the right to re-let the property from Mid-Day on the day following the original schedule. Refund of deposit is at discretion of Knockninny Marina upon consideration of circumstances and notice.
- The Hirer is responsible for the property, all equipment during the period of hire, for the clean condition of all utensils and for taking all reasonable care of the property, utensils and equipment. Loss breakages damages deductible from security deposit.
- In the event of departure before arranged departure date, refunds will not be given.
- Pets are NOT permitted anywhere inside the buildings of Knockninny Marina.
- If applicable 'Change of Linen' charge is payable on departure.
- Electricity usage payable on departure.
