This self-contained penthouse apartment sleeps up to five persons and includes family room (King Size and Single Bed, sleeping 3) as well as twin room (2 single beds sleeping 2). The apartment also includes a very large open plan kitchen, living and dining area overlooking Lough Erne. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, separate hob and oven and modern conveniences along with dining table and chairs. The living area is furnished with sofas and coffee table and comes complete with TV/DVD player as well as CD/Cassette/Radio Player. The private bathroom includes bath, shower, WC and Wash hand basin. Access is by stairs.
The Old Boathouse Apartment
This first floor apartment is located at the foot of Knockninny Hill, overlooking Lough Erne. As its name suggests, this is a stylishly renovated former boathouse. The apartment sleeps 7 persons comfortably and includes 2 bedrooms (one room with double bed sleeping 2), Family Room (double and single bed, sleeping 3) and sofa bed located in living room (sleeping a further 2 persons).
